Online Orders Are A Nightmare

The online ordering is absolutely useless. Do not use them for any online orders! You will wait long and nobody at customer care or head office will be willing to help. You'd think an online order that's over 13k would at least be delivered or you would at least get an Explanation why there is a delay. I've waited one week, I've emailed, I've called, they could not care less. I then decided to go to the branch that the order is apparently been released from, Makro Strubensvalley, complete waste of time as I was told the order is locked on the truck. Never again.
