Online orders always gets cancelled but shows available

This is my second or third experience whereby I place an order, it shows it’s available then one or two days after they send an email stating my order or item has been canceled due to no stock availability. I have placed an order Monday 03.02.2025 and today 04.02.2025 at 20:15 pm they send a cancellation message. After they have sent me messages stating my delivery has been scheduled. What an inconvenience. This always happens.
