Online orders
<p>Do NOT order online from Makro!!! You WILL wait an enire week before YOU have to contact them yourself to follow up on your ordr. Only to be told there is a giltch in the system. After waiting another full day you will be promised that your order is ready, BUT wait , before you can collect it they cancell it without any instruction from you. You would think a large organisation like Massmart would know how to complete an online order. Don't fool yourselves stick to the smaller companies who care about customer service, don't get "lost" in their systems.</p>
