Online orders

I bought a few items online on the 27th November, and they were packed on the 29th of the same month. They're awaiting collection by courier guys even up to date. The estimated delivery date is 3 to 5 working days and now it's 2 full weeks. I sent some emails to enquire but no one cares to come back to me. I'm so disappointed in the service we're getting, I only noticed now on the reviews that a lot of customers have the same problem. I would have never done an online purchase with you guys, I never expected such treatment from such a big company like you...Mind you I need to use those items like as in yesterday. Clearly you're not coping with online orders, rather sc**** off the online shopping option because you'll lose a lot of customers because of the appalling service
