Online ordering service is poor

I am so disappointed with Makro, I had placed my order online which was scheduled to be delivered on the 7th. I then received an email that my order will be delivered on the 8th. I didn't received the order on the 8th I was told that the delivery guy didn't reach me due to my plans that I will be traveling on the day that they had proposed after the 7th. I email the store on the 9th requesting my order. Later I received a response that some of my items were canceled. I call the store on the 10 still requesting for my order. I waited until 17:30 to receive the call from them. I then called again I was told that my delivery was canceled in the morning. I don't know why cause I even gave them the second number to call. It's been 7 days waiting for my order. I don't know where is my order now.
