Online Ordering pathetic
I ordered Pringles and coffee on Order MAK***. After making payment on their App, it said that the payment failed. I made another payment and the same thing happened. I went unto my bank and both payments came off my account and my order says : Awaiting Payment. I have phoned and sent emails and send all the details through more than 10 days ago. Nobody is coming back to me. They have R1600 of me and my order is still saying awaiting payment. You claim you want to compete with Takealot. Good luck cause you will fail if you do it like this. Nect thing I am going to The consumer Ombudsman to complain.

Makro. My father had a similar experience recently. Bought a TV online. The order got cancelled due to wrong pricing but they are not paying him back his money.
