Online Ordering... Never again

Placed an order online and opted to collect at the closest store instead of delivery to my premises. I received a notification that my order was ready for collection, only to arrive at the store and be informed that my order still needs to be picked from stock.

I was in store for about half an hour and much to my surprise, I eventually got told that it would be better if I went an picked the stock myself.

Not a very effective operation that the business is running and most definitely requires a review of the entire process.

Won't be shopping online with them again.
