Online ordering is a SHAM!!

Online Ordering is a sham!! I ordered an item on Monday for pickup at Wonderboom as they had stock (Low Stock ). Received a mail that Makro changed it to courier (without even consulting with me) as Wonderboom does not have any stock and it was ordered from another branch (Riversands) . I needed the item for this weekend (Catering) and now I am told ,by Makro online, delivery will only be on Monday!!

I would have cancelled the order if I knew it will only be delivered on Monday.

Your online shop probably wont see me again and I will advise people against using it.

Today spoke to the courier company (Dawn Wing) Casianm, and was told they only received the package on Friday for delivery this week. Again Thanks Shane and Anthony at the contact centre for lying to me . Now a week that you are making me wait for an item that I was prepared to pick up as I need it urgently. Not only that but you even got my address wrong. How do you get that right as I checked on the order the address is correct ? That is not all.......the contact person name and phone nr were also incorrect!!
