Absolutely disgusted by the terrible service Makro has given me in this day and age of modern econmerce.

Advertising a huge special on wine + getting a bottle for free- and then not receiving the "free" bottle! WHAT A ****!

After phoning twice, I have yet to receive any constructive feedback, just "it will be escalated."

Can I please just get what I ordered and payed for!!!
