Online ordering at Makro, a total waste of time!

Ordering online from Makro is a waste of time. I wish I came to hellopeter before I ordered from them. You order, you pay and then wait and wait and wait. Eventually after several emails, phone calls and chats, the order moves to order packed. Then it stays there for weeks. I had to even contact the company that sells the item and they eventually shipped the product to me. They said they had it with them for weeks. I thought it was just a glitch from Makro side and ordered something else again. I thought I would rather choose the pickup at store option. Even worse, some items were cancelled. It's been 4 days and it stays on packed. On their website they say: Next Day Pickup (Available for orders placed before 12:00 pm). What a joke it's been 4 days. It's like the twilight zone with them. Is there absolutely no one that checks this!. I will never ever ever order from these guys again. Total waste of time.
