Online ordering and deliveries - pathetic

Ordered 3 x TV sets last week. Order was 'on its way' 7 days ago. I am still awaiting delivery. I have emailed and tried to call the number on the Order, to no avail. Incredibly frustrating not being able to follow up on such an expensive purchase.
