Online ordering
Makro should not accept any online orders as they are not geared to deliver this service. Everytime I wait for 25 minutes, before I have my order. This is specifically at the silver lakes branch. After the wait, you get attitude from the security guard at the door with her God complex, who now does not want you to go out as some procedure was not followed. The willingness to help not present at all.
