Online order went missing after they have taken my money

They were scheduled to deliver yesterday and my order is still on the first phase out of the 6 phases before I get it. I have called the call centre for the last 3 days and it's a joke the one consultant asked me where my parcel was, the same question I was asking them. No one has updates no one has answers and my order is effectively gone but my money has sure gone!
