Online Order that was placed on the 23rd November still await

Good Afternoon I just want to lodge a complain and make sure that this gets done asap, I spoke to Adonis Kyprianibes this morning and he advise that one of my items (Terrace Leisure Essential - Umbrella base) is on back order and supplier cant say when stock will come in he advise that they will cancel the order and deliver my other items(I have already placed the order on the 23rd November and was stated 5-7 days for delivery still await, I am going on Maternity leave Friday and would appreciate my items and my money back into my credit card for the Umbrella base as I had to order somewhere else and pay again for the same item.
