Online Order - Still Waiting

I purchased items online on the weekend of Black Friday. I received an sms and email mentioning last week that my order would be delayed. Since then I have not received any communication about my order. I have tried calling the online store and sent emails to the respective addresses but the phone line just drops and I don't get a response on emails.

I need to know when I am going to receive these items. I am going on leave and these items are gifts and I will be needing them to be delivered.

Can I please get some feedback regarding my order and when I can expect it. The communication is really not that good at all.
