Online Order STILL not received, and NO reason for delay

I placed an online order on Wednesday, 4 September 2024, totday is Tuesday, the 17th of September 2024, and the order was still not delivered. It usually takes 2 days, maybe 3 or 4, but this is crazy. I've sent through numerous mails to the online support, and in the beginning the usual escalated .... message. Yesterday message, it is with courier, and will be delivered the same day, but still no explanation on why it is taking so long, and then I need to contact the courier company for any futher enquiries. I have a problem with the fact that I ordered from Makro and PAID Makro, and not the courier company so Marko should sort the problem out. NOT ME! still no further explanation, or order. TERRIBLE SERVICE this time previous times it was amazing, that is why I'm so dissappointed!
