Online order still not delivered after 2 months!

It has now officially been 2 months since I ordered online and the product has still not been delivered. They are run rate items as they are cold drinks like Pepsi, Sprite Fanta Orange etc and should be readily available off the shelf!! We've called the customer services and sent no less than 4 emails with vague and eventually no responses whatsoever. I've provided detailed order and invoice numbers. This is absolutely the worst online experience I have ever had!
