Online order still not delivered!

I ordered a fairly expensive toy from Makro on 8 May 2025 with a delivery date according to the website to be 14 May 2025. (In fact, the order still shows "Delivery by 14 May" with a status of "order placed"!!) I am not aware of any correspondence to me about the problem and I have a very disappointed son whose birthday was yesterday. I will not order online from Makro anytime soon again!
