Online order still not delivered

I ordered on the 1st August 24. Order number MAK ***. My order was 2 x Gillette Mach 3 Blades 20's. 1 x Joko Tagless Teabags 100's and 3 x Garbie Supersaver Refuse Bags Roll 20's. With delivery I only received 1 box with only the 1 x box tea and 1 x Refuse Bags. Delivery box number Mak***-01.parcel number. Wum-mw07Kp. Parcel 1 of 2. My order was split into two.

I have been waiting for my second parcel order since, I have tried all forms contacting them one is the Makro WhatsApp group with no reply.

On 8/09/2024 I received a call from Mr Katlego *** promised me that my second parcel will be delivered on the 09th August. There was no delivery.

I phoned him again on 12 August promised me he will investigate and come back to me. I did not received any call back. Today I phoned 4 times left a message with no luck.
