Online order still not delivered

I placed an order on their online site. The site days 2-5 days delivery.

Goods havent arrived and they do not contact you to advise of any issues. No replies to my emails other than the generic, we will get back to you, mail. I phoned them and was told by the gentleman that he would phone me back before 5 thay day......still waiting. Phoned spoke to a lady, she said it should be with me in another week.

The order was a gift for a child, will not order from them again
