Online order still in progress - a week later

I ordered the Campmaster family cabin 500 side panels on the 6 April 2015. Before making the online order, there was indication on the site that the store had sufficient stock of this product. However, I haven't received any communication as to when I can come collect the product at the Strubens Valley store, and it has been a week since I placed the order.<br> <br> Can someone clarify when I should expect these side panels?
