Online order require relacement part

<p>I had purchased a fridge online from the Alberton branch as Edencale Germiston did not have the particular model in stock. The unit is 7 mnths and the door rack at the bottom fell out and cracked. I sent an email with all the particulars on the 16 march called on 24 march and was told to contact another department to date still no feedback. Unacceptable. </p>
