Online order refund

Ordered a stroller which was priced R2000 online, my order was canceled they said they will refund me. Since then there's no communication from their team, when I call they say they will call me back but they don't call back. I am still waiting for a refund from them which was not supposed to take this long because their team is the one that canceled my order.
