Online order progress
I ordered a phone online 3weeks back and there is no progress on their tracking process till today .I have sent an email with no response from them, I even called but the customer service was not helpful.

14 Dec 2024, 09:073weeks later and I’m still fighting for my order to be delivered ! I have called Makro customer care line everyday to be told that my order is at Polokwane and I called polokwane only to find out that my order is not on their system which I don’t understand because it’s the same system,I’m tired! This has been an extremely unpleasant experience. I’m not happy with Makro at all
