online order placed with no update
I placed an online order for collection at Makro Struben's Valley on the 30th of November. The website said it would take 2-5 working days. It still says in progress. I then sent am enquiry to Makro asking for an update to my order. I have yet to receive a response. Please can we sort this out. I have already paid for these items.
