Online order overdue

I placed an order on 12th March and latest delivery date was 26 March 2025, I have not received it and this item hasnt even been handed over to courier, customer service is no help, no answers no ETA, im quite upset about this and need it resolved asap. Failing at 14 days delivery is pathetic not even international companies take that long
