ONLINE ORDER ON 23 NOVEMBER 2017, UP TO TODAY NO DELIVERY.

I MADE AN ONLINE ORDER (MAK706148) ON 23 NOVEMBER 2017, DURING BLACK FRIDAY SPREE. UP TO TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED HALF MY DELIVERY. I am very crossed because i wanted to use some of the items weeks ago and l made payment in full on 23/11/2017! l have made several enquiries with Makro Vaal without luck. They told me that unfortunately the Mountain bike had some scratch marks. l told them that l would prefer them to refund me instead of buying a second-hand item as if it was new.

l will never buy at Makro Online ever again, even in-store will take me a while to reconsider.
