Online Order not yet delivered form 25th May 2026

on the 25th of May 2026, I bought the Headphones combo (with ear pods) online only from Makro. the delivery date was supposed to be the 02 June, I sent an email to follow up, and I was promised that they will look at it, it's the 09th of June today with no delivery or update. I bought these for my son's birthday that is on Sunday and I still don't have them.
