ONLINE ORDER NOT RECEIVED AND NO REFUND RECEIVED!!!!

On the 23/06/2023 I placed an order online, By the 27/06/2023 I still not receive my order. I got an email from their useless courier people Wumdrop saying they returned the order back to the store because their driver could not find my address. I email back and they said they would reschedule my order to be delivered on the 28/06/2023. So the morning of the 28/06/2023 I contacted them and asked if I would be getting my order and they said that nothing was scheduled for delivery for that day!!! I told the guy at Makro that I wanted the order to be delivered that day or he must cancel my order, So I did not receive my order on the 28/06/2023 then on the 29/06/2023 I received an email from Makro saying they would deliver that day, I called Makro and told them I cancelled the order and that no one would be home to collect the order anyways (as it was cancelled)!!!!!!!!! Today being the 04/07/2023 I have still not received my refund I called Makro to find out if my refund has even been processed only for the lady to tell me that it shows it was refunded on the 29/06/2023!!!! I DID NOT GET MY REFUND MAKRO IS A BUNCH OF THIVES.
