Online Order not received after 16 days
Placed an order on 25th January and still not received. Logged a complaint to customer care. Been about 12 days now and not a single response. Called in multiple times and all the agent can do is escalate which has not helped. BEAWARE, when ordering from Makro and things go wrong, you will get absolutely no assistance! Order #MAK***
