Online order not received

I ordered an air fryer from Makro SA online on the 31st August 2023. To date I have still not received it. When I ordered, delivery stated it will be delivered within 2-5 working days. I’ve called them multiple times & they just keep putting me on hold, I’ve also emailed them multiple times & they just say they are looking into it. Absolute pathetic customer service. Very disappointing, Will never order from them again. It’s been a whole month now but still nothing has been done nor have I received my air fryer.
