Online order not delivered, unresponsive to enquiries

I have ordered 6 items online 6 weeks ago. 2 have been delivered and 4 not, but Makro claims on their records that all was delivered. I have been receiving no responses to e-mail enquiries. I have been calling their Customer 'Care' call center weekly, every time they promise to follow up with the store, every time the store claims items were delivered. I am in an endless spiral with no one supporting or responding.
