Online order not delivered. Lying about delivery

I made an online order on the 14th of October 2021, the last update I received was that the items were packed. I started calling them last week Thursday they told me they'll escalate the matter, they called on Sunday saying they'll deliver not later today. I called again today when I saw the order isn't arriving... They couldn't tell me what's happening with the order and they'll escalate the matter again. I really need that fridge and that stove because I've recently moved to a new place, I can't cook, I can't buy food.
