Online order not delivered

Makro split my online order scheduled for pickup from StrubensValley to 2 orders both for delivery to my home address without consulting me in the matter. I subsequently called them to schedule the deliveries. The first half of the order has been delivered outside of the times I specified, the second order has not been delivered and no one is willing to deliver the items. Strubens valley sent the order to crown mines, crown mines say it is strubens valleys order. I've been phoning Makro multiple times, and have spent over R150 in airtime to try and sort out this issue, and no joy. Head office is not willing to help me, online is not willing to help me, everyone just gives me empty promises.
