Online order not delivered

Ordered online at Makro on the 26/08/24 and my Order was divided into 2 deliveries and the first order was delivered and second order was supposed to be delivered on the 31/08/24 but till today it has not delivered. No communication nothing when I called the call center no one give the explanation on what happened some agents just cut the calls on me.
