Online order not delivered after 6+ weeks

I placed an online order on 23 November 2018, which still has not been delivered yet on 7 January 2019, despite multiple phone calls to Makro's call centre, an online support request, and multiple promises that the matter will be followed up and resolved. At this point, it's starting to feel like a case of *****/theft has taken place.
