Online order not being delivered

Makro Online. Paid for online order on 24 November 2018. Order was supposed to be delivered in 7 to 10 working days. Ten days was on Friday 7 December. They are not replying to my latest inbox on facebook. Spoke to a lady earlier this week and everytime one must hear its with the courier company they will be in contact, which they are not. I find it hard to believe that it takes 10 days for an item in Cape Town to be delivered to an address in Cape Town. Im tired of excuses. I want my ordered item. A lot of people are complaining on their facebook page about the exact same thing
