Online order not being canceled!!!!!

Just the worst experience ever had with Makro. I bought a trailer online on the 4th of January 2025. Tried Canceling the order since the 8th. Online customer service keep saying the shop needs to cancel the order. Phoned the shop, gets put through to Online service and so the story gets repeated again and again, but no solution at all. All I want is my money back, but it is one dead end to the other. I am fed up and will never buy anything from Makro ever again. Terrible service!!!!!!
