Online order never delivered

I placed an online order on 21 Jan. Only 1 of the two products was delivered. 21 days later Makro still can't tell me where the rest of the order is. I have phoned their customer call centre umpteen times and get the same story every time "we will look into it". Nobody calls or emails me back. They do not reply to emails. It is absolutely impossible to speak to anyone with more authority. Shocking shocking service!!!! Be warned NEVER to order with Makro online! Worst after sales service I have ever experienced!
