Online order makro woodmead

I ordered something online on the 22nd of may. And got a notification that someone fetched my parcel on the 04th of June. I called the call centre and they were able to log a reference for me ***. Everytime I call I get told that they waiting for makro woodmead to respond. I have even tried calling the manager on their *** number as I either want a refund or to be told what's going on. The manager doesn't answer their phone and I am getting irritated on why no one is getting back to me. I want feedback and proof that I collected the parcel. I'm irritated
