Online order just sits while I receive **** emails

Ordered online on 4 September and received confirmation on the same day that the order had been packed and was awaiting collection by the courier. Now, 10 days later, the order still had the same status. What is worse is that previous orders that were delivered within a few days still reflect as 'pending'. So Makro clearly has a deficient order tracking system and have now way of knowing what is happening with their own dispatches. Since placing this order I have also received numerous **** emails from ********s pretending to be Makro offering me additional items and their 'loyalty programme'. Clearly Makro's email database has been hacked.
