Online order - incorrect parcel delivered
Online order - I have placed an order on the 30th Jan 2023, for my husband bday - On the 07 Feb 2023 it was delivered, the next day i discovered it was the incorrect order delivered to me. After numerous emails, WhatsApp and calls - I am still waiting for a response from Makro about my order. Emails sent to the following : ***; *** Order no.MAK*** Regards Elsabe

20 Feb 2023, 07:47I went to Strubensvalley on Saterday the 18th Feb 2023 to return the incorrect parcel. I spoke to the manager Gilbert - who ensured me that Riverclub branch will fetch the incorrect parcel from my house on Saterday, and will deliver my correct order, which was never done. Please take note - that this is clearly getting my problem to solve the matter - as Makro is not interesting in fixing their mess up, or delivering customer service!!!
