Online Order have not kept up to their estimate delivery
On the 14th of April 2023 i ordered a double bed using the Makro Online. Delivery says 3-5 working days. It is now over 2 weeks later and im still waiting for my delivery. Ive called the call centre on 5 different occassions to follow up on my order and they keep giving me excuses.. On the last follow up im told that i cancelled my order!! NO i have never cancelled the order im waiting for it since 2 weeks. My kids dont have a bed as i have gotten rid of the old bed to make space for the new bed which was promised to be delivered within 3-5 days... im angry and dissapointed at the service

Someone from the call centre said they would call me back today and guess what im still waiting for my delivery with no information as to when i will get it.
This is terrible service, I will never order from Makro again
