Online order

Their online ordering system is great but their conduct is poor. It took me 3 full days to get them to pack my orders. I placed my order on the 6th of August and they gave me a delivery date of the 8th, I had to call multiple times for them to pack it as the status remained the same. I was then given another delivery date but the store has closed and I still haven't received my order
