Online order disaster

Hi, I placed an order for delivery on the 27th Dec. On the 30th Dec i got a call from Makro strubensvelly store manager confirming order to be delivered on the same day. He told me to stay home because they'll be delivering. I received an email confirming my order has been invoiced. The delivery never happened. It's the 4th Jan 2023 and I have not received my order yet. I called the customer care number today 4th Jan at 9am and I was promised delivery will be made this day and the store manager will call me. Delivery never happened so I called again at 5pm and unfortunately received no assistance because they were unable to get a hold of the store online office. I put it upon myself to call the store direct and each time I got through I was still not assisted. After 3 calls of frustration I was promised to receive a call back with the status of my order. I haven't received a call and I have now run out of options. I am disappointed and frustrated.
