Online order delayed delivery and no update!

Makro's online ordering system ineffective!! I placed an order on the 16th of December 2025, delivery was supposed to be on the 24th of December 2025. Tell me why it's the 28th of December 2025 and I have not received my order?! No updates from Makro or their courier! To say I am disappointed is an understatement! That was meant to be a Christmas gift!
