ONLINE ORDER DELAY QUERY
ORDER DELAYED I am due to leave the country tomorrow 07/12/24 @ 12h00 However, my order status has been on progress since the 1st day of the order, no progression, no communication, MAKRO STRUBENS VALLEY does not take any incoming calls for query and they are the allocated store for my order. I am highly disappointed.
ANYONE that wants to order online @MAKRO just DON'T!!! once payment is through to them, they will delay you as much as they WANT. THIS IS AN INCONVIENCE AND SHOULD I MISS MY FLIGHT THEY WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE EXTRA CHARGES!!!
