Online order | damaged product | and problematic return - still unsolved

A drying rack was ordered online. It was delivered - DAMAGED. The call centre staff is really friendly. However to log a return was problematic. Forever on the phone to try and resolve this. Eventually another drying rack was delivered, even MORE DAMAGED than the first one. Logging a return a second time was even more of a problem. No Solve thus far. This has been ongoing since Middle February 2024

Super frustrating to try and return a damaged item.
