Online order

I placed an online order and paid for next day collection at Makro Vaal on 02/10/2024. I got an sms the next day that my order has been delayed. Today is the 7th and i only get the run around, seems that nobody knows what is going on or either don't care (that is the overall attitude). Eventually today they told me my order was moved to Alberton branch and i need to phone Alberton and collect it there as i chose the collection option? The money i waisted on phone calls, i could well have just bought from my local grocer. Never again...
