Online order cancelled with no explanation
I purchased something online. Get an email that my order is being packed. Receive another email the next day that my order has been cancelled. No reason, no refund and u cannot get hold of the call centre to find out what is going on.You first need to lodge a complaint on social media or here before anyone reacts. So lets see if someone contacts me now.
